  • Sturdy columns with stone bases add a Craftsman touch to the front porch of this cottage design. The porch opens to both the dining room and the gathering room. In back, another covered porch is accessed from the master bedroom and the laundry room.
  • The main level comprises an open living area. A cleverly placed eating bar unites the islanded kitchen with the dining room. In the gathering room, cabinets on either side of the fireplace are an option.
  • Isolated for privacy, the master suite includes a bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in closet.
  • Upstairs, both bedrooms contain walk-in closets and a private sink; the bath area is shared. Unfinished storage or bonus space completes the second floor.
