Plan Details

This country cottage gives you just under 1,700 square feet of living space spread across the main body of the home and the one-bed master suite connected by a breezeway and offers a great indoor/outdoor balance. A metal roof helps to show off the beautiful covered front porch, complimented by exposed trusses and wooden columns.
Head inside through the double door entrance and you are greeted with a half open staircase leading to the second level of the house plan. The great room offers a fantastic open concept showing off the fireplace and opens to the kitchen.
A large, wrap-around eat-at kitchen island offers casual seating for up to five. A walk-in pantry offers great storage and is located under the staircase. Steps away, the dining has windows on 3 walls.
