Modern Elevated Beach Cottage Built on Pilings

This elevated beach cottage is a modern version of the coastal homes of the early 20th century. Built on wood pilings, there's nothing to get damaged when the tides come up to the home.
Stairs take you to a roomy 15' by 12' porch with French doors opening to the bedroom. To the right, there's a modest kitchen and to the left, a full bath with laundry.
