  • This 5-bed, 5.5 bath transitional farmhouse plan gives you 3,863 square feet of heated living space and a 941 square foot 3-car side-entry garage. The exterior is a blend of painted brick and board and batten siding. Two gables flank the entry and a shed dormer sits above large picture windows.
  • From the foyer, you catch views of the living room ahead and the formal dining room to the left. The dining room connects to the kitchen through a walk-through pantry giving the home a circular flow.
  • The kitchen has a large island and double sink centered over the picture windows overlooking the front. A 2-sided fireplace is the only thing that separates the keeping room from the living room. Two doors on the back wall take you to the back porch with outdoor kitchen and a fireplace.
