  • Reminiscent of Southern Traditional homes, this design is notable for its bright interior. The design features a large covered front porch that is accessed by three French doors. Light flows into the master bath and into the two-story great room via a trio of skylights and the two-story foyer is brightened by a dormer above.
  • Opening to a rear patio, the great room includes a fireplace flanked by cabinetry. Adjoining is the breakfast room with a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows, topped by a centered half-round window. The kitchen has a pantry closet and peninsula snack bar.
  • The commodious master suite contains his and her walk-in closets and a marvelous compartmented bath with a garden tub, a glass block shower and his and her vanities.
  • Upstairs, a balcony overlooks the great room below, and two dormered bedrooms with clipped ceilings share another compartmented bath. The closet in bedroom two opens to a storage area. Over the garage, more storage area is provided off a bonus room.
